Refund Policy

This refund policy was last updated on May 1, 2025 and applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Restrayn, Templerstraße 3a, 82194 Gröbenzell; Email: contact@restrayn.shop) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or postal letter). We encourage you to use the withdrawal form below to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Costs

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.
